Diana is CEO of Includo Singapore and Regional Principal Enabler at Bester & Co. Includo is affiliated with Bester & Co. to improve business performance for our Clients.
Diana has over 15 years experience enabling and improving business performance through process reengineering and technology interventions. Diana has delivered business performance improvement through her roles in global consulting companies and as an employee of leading global multinational companies. Diana’s experiences spans many sectors, such as: manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, government and oil & gas. The companies Diana helped improve and transform were publicly listed, state-owned or private companies. Diana is based out of Singapore and has worked in a number of countries in Asia.
Diana is an electrical engineer and holds various certifications in innovation, user experience design, etc. She is fluent in English and Indonesian and is an avid self-learner who regularly re-skills herself through various certification programs.

Aridibyo is Magister Manajemen and mechanical engineer graduate from PPM Business School and Usakti. He is fluent in English and Indonesian language. He attended leadership and various Human Capital technical courses conducted by leading institutions such as PRISM, Willis Towers Watson, Mercer and SHL.

Desi is Principal of Bester & Co.; whose sole focus is to help its clients to improve business performance and build new capabilities. Desi is a Bachelor Degree majoring in Finance from Universitas Indonesia and is fluent in English and Indonesian Languages.

Gebi has experience working in accounting & auditing industry. She joined Bester & Co. as their Project Officer, where she juggles various range of administrative duties that reflect varying intricacy.
Bester & Co. is a company whose sole focus is to help its clients improve their business performance and build new capabilities, effectively and efficiently. Gebi is accounting graduate from Atma Jaya University and enjoys writing short script and essays in her free time. She aims that her passion for writing can be an arsenal to present ideas or concepts to different types of audience.


Sandra is Bester & Co.’s People Officer, where she manages all HR operations and develop the Bester team. Bester & Co. is a company whose sole focus is to help its clients improve their business performance and build new capabilities, effectively and efficiently.
Prior to joining Bester & Co., Sandra was a Project Officer at a digital agency and NGO for 4 years, where she was responsible for supporting various projects through the entire life cycle. Sandra has a Bachelor degree in French Literature from Semarang State University.


Sanjay, has over 20 years of experience in successfully transforming large and complex companies; both as a consultant and a senior executive of the companies. His business transformation experience spans various sectors, such as: financial services, process manufacturing, government, telecommunication, oil and gas, consumer goods and automotive.
